Currently, photos and descriptions for ALL 4 of the Treehouses are identical. The only difference between them on this site is the availability calendar, which is accurate for the individual unit. Except for the covered porch on Units B and D, these units are relatively homogeneous, so the photo galleries all show a collection of photos from all four units.

Restrictions

To keep the setting in this building a bit more serene and private, we restrict occupancy to two people only and do not allow any pets in these units. However, during the period of the Polar Express at the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad (usually November 1 thru Xmas), we will allow up to 2 kids in each unit on an air mattress.

Special Mention

Although these are attached units, we have taken several measures to keep these units private from each other:
1. Each unit is fireproofed, which also has the benefit of additional soundproofing, yet respect that others are near is warranted just as if in a hotel room
2. Landscaping design keeps the outside area of each unit separate
3. Separate parking and walking paths to units
4. Outside wood wall dividers

Resort Amenities

Our Resort property features a number of outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The “Yard” is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group fire pit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladder ball, horseshoes, and our signature “logzebo” with a bedswing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail that leads to the playground and our Eco Park which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge.

All bookings are subject to local restrictions in place at the time of the stay. We may not be allowed to accommodate all bookings made if local rules change after you make a booking. We make every effort to communicate current regulations and any changes to them.
