Amenities Provided

Fully Stocked

All of our cabins are "Fully Stocked". This means all kitchen supplies and other basic items are included. Additionally, we include some convenience items such as board games, playing cards, and such. We provide the following perishables as well: toilet tissue, facial tissue, hand soap, shower soap and shampoo, starter laundry detergent, dish soap, and coffee filters.

Hot Tub

All of our cabins feature a hot tub to relax your cares away. Guest safety is a top priority for us, and all of our maintenance technicians are professionally trained in hot tub care. After every stay, our technicians thoroughly clean and inspect each hot tub, and we do not leave until the tub is properly balanced.

Gas Grill

Some companies offer a gas grill rental as an expensive upgrade for your stay. Not us. Every cabin features a gas grill for your culinary endeavors, and the propane is included. Should you run out of propane during use, there is always a spare tank nearby.

Pet Friendly

With the exception of our Treehouse units, all of our cabins are pet friendly. After all, what good is a family vacation without the four-legged family members? For more information about bringing your fur baby along, please refer to our pet policy for full details (additional daily fee and requirements).

Outdoor Common Areas

Our Resort property features a number of outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The “Yard” is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group firepit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladderball, horse shoes, and our signature “logzebo” with a bedswing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail which leads to the playground and our Eco Park which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge.

Proximity to Activities

Be in the middle of nowhere and everywhere all at once. The Retreat property is a 50 acre tract at the split of highway 74, highway 28, and Needmore Road. During your stay with us, you are only ten to fifteen minutes from all that the Bryson City area has to offer including our scenic downtown full of shopping, restaurants, and breweries, the Deep Creek area, the Nantahala Gorge, Fontana Lake, and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If you're willing to go just a little further down the road, you can also enjoy Cherokee, Sylva, Cullowhee, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, or Asheville.
